At Twig + Tale, we want you to love your handmade creations and sustainable garments, so we offer a 30-day window for returns on all physical goods in original condition. Please note that due to their nature, digital sewing patterns are non-refundable once downloaded.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your unwashed and unworn items into their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
